IMPORTANT REMINDERS for our Furbabies this SUMMER SEASON! ☀️☀️🌞🌞🏖

Dogs Eliminate heat by panting only but they do have some sweat glands in theirfootpads and around the nose but only in minimally. When panting isn’t enough, a dog’s body temperature rises. This can be fatal to your furrbabies. These are the physical symptoms of HEATSTROKE in dogs and cats:

☀️ They have excessive panting, restlessness excessive salivation/drooling indicates overheating in dogs and cats.
☀️ reddened gums, vomiting, diarrhea
☀️ barking or whinning
☀️ excessive thirst
☀️ increased heartbeat
☀️ mental dullness or loss of consciousness
☀️ uncoordinated movement
☀️collapse

🚫 Don’t leave your dogs/cats inside the car
🚫 Restrict exercise ( Walk early in the morning or later in the evening ONLY)
✔️ Always ensure to provide drinking water and a cool shades spot
✔️ Move somewhere cool
✔️ Place in with a breeze of fan

👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️ Heat stroke in dogs can be fatal in as little as 10-15 minutes. Don’t take the risk and make sure your pet is not overheating in the sun. Find your nearest emergency Vet clinic
