🌿🌸 Excited to share my latest garden success!

I’m always pushing the limits with cut flowers, and focusing on flowers and varieties that both thrive and surprise in my zone.

It’s amazing to see how different varieties bring unique colors and textures to my bouquets, and how hardy and successful some lesser-known plants can be.

This is gypsophilla oldhamania - a *perennial* baby’s breath that overwinters like a champ and absolutely drowns me in long, strong stems (2-3’ stems harvested!!) from late June all the way to frost. I only have THREE of this variety but it takes up a 4’ x 10’ garden bed in full bloom! Last year it was over 5’ tall, but I got lazy with my hortonova (only 2 layers instead of 4) this year so it’s flopping some.

I cannot recommend this variety enough! ! 🌼🌱

🔬👀 Spot the difference.
💖White Aster on the left.
💖White Nettie on the right.

White Aster is a taller 4-5ft plant, more straight white, first to bloom every season, and absolutely loaded with flowers all year (I’ve cut 3-5 per plant already, and have sacrificed probably 20 buds per plant for the stems I’ve harvested!). And her stems just go on and on - fantastic stem length.

White Nettie is a more compact 3ft plant, more of a creamy ivory tint, and while she’s not far behind (she’s my 3rd white to bloom so far), she just can’t compete in production or stem length.

I’ll continue to grow both, but I always favor White Aster.

🌸✨ Thrilled and overjoyed to have spent the last year custom growing these beautiful flowers for Kaytie and Walker's gorgeous wedding, and I am IN LOVE with their photographer's work capturing the day 🌷💖

🌸✨ It's always an incredible journey from seed to bloom, and seeing them adorn such a special day fills my heart with pure happiness. 🌸✨ As part of the bespoke bridal growing experience, brides like Kaytie receive a selection of her very own seeds and tubers/roots from my fields, to keep growing the memories of her wedding day. It's a beautiful chance to cherish and relive the memories of your special day, year after year. 🌷💖

Cheers to love, beauty, and unforgettable moments! 🥂💐

Oh snap! 🏆🏆 Another hare-brained and probably ill-advised ! I always joke that my tagline should be “follow me for more half-assed cut flower growing hacks” 💀🌿

I bought a 250-plug tray of Potomac mix last year for ✨reasons✨ (because I needed one more tray to fill a box of lisianthus and my pusher always telling me room for one more 😁).

When they arrived in late fall, I was in full crisis mode dealing with a very unwelcome home renovation 💦🥲🏠. The tray sat out on the grass in front of the greenhouse all winter. Not a single care given. Never bumped up to a 125, or 4in pots, and definitely didn’t transplant.

They sat until April actually, never even watered, and I’ll be damned if they didn’t look exactly like the poor unfortunate souls in Ursula’s sea garden .

When I finally moved the tray, the roots underneath were a solid 4in dangling and had to be gently ripped from the grass and soil they’d grown into 😂. I figured they’d proven their will to live so I transplanted them into an empty row, since all but like 20 had survived!

I never really wanted to get into the snaps game, they just don’t do much for me, and honestly I’m a rebellious and resentful grower that doesn’t like to grow things just because im supposed to. Previously, I only grew them once, for a custom-grow bridal request.
But now that I’m seeing the result of my half-assed care and generous helping of benign neglect, I’m convinced to grow them again. Decent 24-36in stem lengths, and their tight spacing means a lot of bang for my buck in the garden rows.

I foliar feed once a week with 4-3-4 and Earth Juice to keep the nutrient profile on point and the bugs at bay. THAT’S IT. Once my stem lengths are consistently 30+ inches (more to come on that, these have just been harvested to trigger a second flush) I’ll consider offering to my local florist market!
Do follow me for more half-assed cut flower growing hacks!

I would like to welcome myself back to my business IG page. Thank you, self.
Sorry I’ve been away… My page was hacked and it has taken six months, a goat sacrifice, and a few favors called in at various embassies to restore myself as owner..
Please enjoy a pic of this broody girl who can’t even lay on her clutch properly, while I try to catch up on legitimate DMs and remember how to even promote my flower page again!

Huge flash sale, please SHARE with your friends!
💔 Heartbreak Happens. These flowers were for a custom-grow wedding client, they have all been lovingly tended by me since as early as February.

Her events over the next 2 weeks - shower, rehearsal, wedding, reception, have been canceled. Everything was freshly harvested over yesterday and today, these are as fresh as fresh flowers get.

Please drop a message here, DM me, or text (717-860-7098) to get you and your friends some dirt-cheap dirt-grown (all-natural growing practices - seaweed & fish fertilizer, chicken compost fertilizer, beneficial organisms for pest control, etc) flowers right now.

$15 mixed bouquets of lisianthus and eyeliner lilies, or get a bunch in the color of your choice (10 lisianthus stems, or 5 lily stems) for $15.

White Eyeliner lilies
Rosita lisianthus
Celeb queen lisianthus
Roseann brown lisianthus
Roseann dark brown lisianthus
