What a wonderful weekend!
As a new author it was exciting if not a little overwhelming to be talking about my book and doing book signings at the Warminster Book Festival.

A lovely experience with a wonderful bunch of organisers and it was fun making new friends.

And a fantastic opportunity to share the wonderful work of SuperDogs Rescue

Melina asked me what was the highlight of my recent trip to Cyprus. It was hard to pick a stand out moment because I love being able to go and do my bit and of course spend time with her and so many lovely dogs. But helping these 2 dogs to safety had to be it.. 🐾 Builds confidence around garden noises (Ragnar still barks sometimes, but that’s okay — we’re working on it)

🐾 Activates the brain’s natural seeking system, which is so important for emotional wellbeing.

Little moments like this really add up.

It was followed up with meds and a Lickimat with wet food.
