🖤I’m currently not accepting new clients. As much as I would love to, I am unable to 😥
🖤Weekend appointments are only limited to current clients. Flexibility is a must due to race days. I will be condensing those appointments soon.
🖤 Messaging me is the easiest way to schedule appointments.
🖤 I have over 20 voicemails from last week. Unfortunately I am unable to answer them all. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
🖤 It’s shaving season, all matting is shaved. No exceptions!

Here’s a gentle reminder that my business has ONE employee… that is myself. I do all of the scheduling, grooming, laundry, cleaning, and maintenance all on my own. Please be patient with me. Texting/messaging is the fastest way for me to respond. I have young children that take priority after hours. I do not respond to messages right away. I do not respond to messages on my days off. I will not accept clients that are rude to my delayed response time. I have received many phone calls the past couple weeks that are quite questionable. Please be kind.

I’m generally booked out 6-8 weeks. I do not have same day appointments. Please schedule accordingly.

I DO NOT travel for NAILS only. My base cost to drive to your house and park is $65.

Saturday clients will be need to be scheduled on Sundays after April. *this is for my select few Saturday clients, I’m not taking on anymore weekend clients*

I do not allow clients in my unit while I’m working. This is for the safety of everyone. If I find that your pet isn’t toleranting the groom, I will stop the groom immediately. I have found that it takes 3-4 appointments for your pet to adjust. Please allow us that time to learn and grow together.

Matting is shaved. It’s an add-on fee of $30.

🐾I am flooded with phone calls and appointment requests daily. This is the busiest season and my time is limited. Scheduling in advance is best. (Currently scheduling into January)

🐾 I can NOT squeeze anymore appointments before Thanksgiving and Christmas.🎄

Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday 9am-2pm
Closed on Saturday & Sunday

CLOSED 11/23-11/27
CLOSED 12/25-01/02

🐾Texting is best.
🐾 Muzzling aggressive/reactive dogs isn’t an option. This is for my safety.
🐾Scheduling for the year is recommended.
🐾 I don’t travel for nails only.

If you’re not available to be home, invoices must be paid BEFORE I arrive. No payment before arrival equals no grooming services.
