There are many benefits to giving your dog their own safe space (aka crate training). Being in on a mini beach-break and bringing your own bed is one.

If you see a dog sitting quietly with their human/s or on a walk, both minding their own business - DO NOT allow your dog to approach and “say hello”, give plenty of space and (if you must) ask the human for permission. Be prepared for the human to say no. That’s ok.

Arly is my go everywhere dog. She has many boundaries and limitations which gives her enormous freedom.
