We are lucky enough to have the sweetest dog on the planet as a member of our family! And she's recently had a litter of puppies that will be ready for their new homes early September 2023 . By the time they come home they'll have had their tails docked and dew claws removed, been litter trained (not litter box, litter as in alfalfa pellets that smell organic, like grass -making it much easier whe
n you're potty training the pup to using the bathroom outside with you), had multiple wormings, shots, and just been loved on, played with and spoiled! They'll come home with a blanket that smells like mom, a toy that smells like their sibling pack, and a small bag of food. They will be CKC registered and familiar with sleeping in a kennel/taxi (with the door open). Deposits accepted now. Message me for more information. Read on to learn a little more about us! We are a small family with a mini schnauzer dog we adore! We are not in the breeding business; this is a one and done shot for us. With that being said though, don’t let that deter you from getting a puppy from me. I did my homework before embarking on this adventure & have learned new things along the way. Our sweet dog Cocoa will be 5 years old this coming October. This was her first, and will be her last, litter. She is an amazing mom and not only continues to nurture her pups, she loves to play with them too. It took us this long to find the right guy for our girl. Which finding a stud is not something you enter into lightly. His name is Milo, and is a beautiful liver pepper guy with a sweet and spunky disposition! I have the utmost respect for the full time responsible and respectable breeders out there. Research, knowledge & finances go into this endeavor. Not to mention the time. I can’t stress that enough! But it’s time that I happily give. As far as the cost, from the formula, quality adult dog and puppy food, to puppy pads, chew toys, sensory enrichment tools, the medications & supplies used for mom and pups during delivery, also for mom's vitamins to support recovery after whelping and optimal health during nursing, and multiple planned (and sometimes unplanned) veterinary visits, meds used for worming, the cost for setting up a puppy nursery in the home 😊🙃and I’m not mentioning everything! Financially in these times, to do this right: it’s costly. Just the cost of formula (that gets mixed into the puppies food) I’m told, has tripled since COVID. But, despite it all, I’m glad we did this! It’s been a learning and enriching experience for my family, and I do not regret it one single bit! My only hope is that we find the perfect homes for our precious littles. Honestly that’s our goal and the only way our hearts will find peace with letting them go. We just love these puppers! There’s nothing we love more than watching them play, or sleep together. They’re eating well, have received their first set of shots recently and will be ready to go to their forever homes in just a couple of short weeks. So if you’re a fellow breeder, please know I’m doing things the right way to give us all a good name. And if you’re not a breeder, and question the cost of what we’re asking for these puppies, maybe a little light has been shed on the “why” of it. Even with all that being said, I feel like we are not asking as much as others. And I’m still giving a health guarantee. Thank you for your consideration and reach out to me with any questions or if you’re interested in a puppy. We have 2 salt & pepper boys still in need of a forever family to call their own. Mini Schnauzers RULE!!!!! And PS, if you’d rather a dachshund….the very best person I know to refer you to would be to my sweet friend at River Bluff Dachshunds https://www.facebook.com/rbdoxie?mibextid=LQQJ4d. She has been a font of invaluable advice for me during our adventure and also has several puppies ready any day now for their forever families.
