Equine sports massage is used in aiding the prevention and recovery of muscle soreness, tightness, and used in encouraging or promoting healthy range of motion and balance for the individual horse. Massage is also believed to help boost immunity, improve joint flexibility, promote tissue regeneration, improve oxygen circulation, as well.
