Guapo is still here, still waiting for his forever home!
Guapo is a three year old Chow Chow that has come such a long, long way since coming to us! Between working with staff members and one of the trainers that volunteers here, he's like an entirely new dog!
While a bit shy at first, he's much more outgoing than he used to be. He warms up more quickly and enjoys being around people, whether he's getting attention or just hanging out in the same room. He would be fine with other dogs after a meet and greet or two, but no cats, and no kids under 12yo. He weighs about 50lbs and he's full grown, so this sentient stuffed animal won't get any bigger.
He's a highly intelligent dog that loves to learn and is quick to pick up what you're putting down.
Breed experience, or similar breed experience, highly preferred!

🐾Meet Becky 🐾

My absolutely AMAZING trainer !!! Becky has been with us for over a year now ! She runs our small training group with Dakota who has been Becky’s training intern ! She also does private lessons and group lessons and board and trains and one of our BIGGEST our TRAIL AND TRAIN 😍! She is beyond AMAZING! Becky has 7 Shepard’s and 1 Malinois who are so well trained and are used as our pack leaders to help lead and train some of our hikers they are labeled in pink and blue and all have very important jobs during our hikes .
