Bruce & Bump 🥹
Marking 7 months pregnant with a post dedicated to my lovely, very in tune, customer XL bully Brucey. Me and Bruce have an unspoken bond which I can’t actually explain! It’s spiritual! Do you ever feel that a dog understands you on a level that no one else can? Well that’s us 😂
Dogs have an incredible sense of smell and it is likely that Bruce is intuitively responding to my hormonal changes. He could also be responding to changes in my mood and happiness from my baby. (He kept hugging my bump with his head while I groomed him)
Dogs are likely to also be protective of you whilst you are pregnant. Why are dogs just so amazing?
What a magical bond, I really love this job ❤️❤️

Isla has a Handstrip - this is the correct grooming process for wire fox terriers. This process takes me around 3.5 hours.. It is done by plucking/pulling the hairs out in the direction of growth. Removing the dead top coat to allow new coat to come through. This process keeps Isla’s hair deeper in colour and harsh and wirey like the true terrier she is! Oh and she’s gorgeous, obviously!

Reincarnate me as a bulldog!! They are such a vibeeeee!

The English bulldog has a sweet, gentle disposition. Dependable and predictable, the bulldog is a wonderful family pet and loving to most children. People-oriented as a breed, they actively solicit human attention. The English Bulldog has a fierce look, is lazy and snores A LOT – not quite the “dream companion” you’d imagine. However, with its distinctive charm, sense of humour and lovable, slightly clumsy nature, this dog breed wins hearts instantly. I’m a HUGE fan xx

Dear Rusty’s family, Losing such a big part of your family is never easy.

You may recognise rustic Rusty if you live in the Eltham area. He would often take himself off for a walk around the block! Everybody knew him!He was so gentle with kids and for some reason I just always knew what he was thinking while I was grooming him, he really was one of a kind!

I’m so glad I got to meet you and groom you Rusty (even though you’d never look at my camera or let me touch your beard!) thank you for keeping me laughing and being the very best boy.

Your be truly missed little man 🥺🥺

As most of you know… I am fully booked for 2024 🙃🙂 mental! I will never get over how hardcore and loyal you all are to me. Please message me if you’re not booked in for the year so I can add you to monthly cancellations lists. Price increase for some dogs … please read ..

Please note, there will be a slight price increase for some dogs. This will be aimed mainly at medium- large dogs with double coated hair / curly coat. The reason for the increase is because I am currently undercharging for some grooms considering time taken and extra products required to groom these larger breeds. If I feel your dog falls into this category, I will notify you of the price increase. The increase could be between £2-£5. Please note, this will not apply to all of you. I am just trying to keep things fair for everyone and inline with all the other inflations going on atm 🙈 I hope you understand xx
