October is Pitbull Awareness Month!! So many people bully this breed & associate them as aggressive & use them for dog fighting. In the last 3-4 years of Vet Med with the many thousands of dogs I have worked with, I have been bitten, attacked, & hurt by more SMALL dogs than these sweet creatures by far. They go through too much breed discrimination when all they need is the right person to give them a chance.
