Blooming Cenizo=rain predictor. Always accurate this amazing plant-she forecasts rain with alarming accuracy. Notice next time you see a blooming cenizo, if rain doesn’t fall-even if not in the “official” forecast. This beauty showed up on her own in our front yard & is thus even more treasured by me. Did you know too of her sedative effects? Brew some leaves at night and sleep well you will!

Free CowPen daisy transplants! I love the CowPen Daisy: A native to TX, she blooms her bright friendly flowers throughout the summer and into the fall. Given space, she will get 4-5 feet tall and grows in any soil and even part shady light. The yellow flower is a good source of nectar for butterflies. It has medicinal qualities-the beauty of them cheers one up and has been used to treat skin ailments. PM me if you live in Austin TX and want to get some transplants! I always have lots and lots of seeds.
