Yesterday was the duck zone debut. They are adjusting to the new space. So far they seem to love snuggling under the bunny house for comfort and some shade, and over the last couple days Ben @sitkawoodworks built them a beautiful new duck hut.

I had some very surprised ducks this morning- I love the way small changes totally throw the duckies. They just couldn’t believe the geese were out before them 🤣😂🥰 (I started at the far end as I first ran to see the piglets)

5 weeks old now, all doing really well, #mamaduck Peaches is still a force to be reckoned with when it comes to her gigantic brood, nearly same size as her, see if you can spot her, and we have a wee tiddler who’s a bit smaller than the others 😍 but...I think we be needing a bigger pond now 😂
Wild Mallard duckling...or more so “duck” Quincy lives fully outdoors now, goes in the shed with his gal pals our new Khaki Campbells at night, I keep calling him a he...but won’t know for a bit yet if he is indeed a boy or a girly, I just hate when you hear people refer to animals as an “it”, so easier to say he, for now 😉
Least they’re loving this weather, nothing happier than dubby ducks in the mud 🦆
