Hi Pawsh Family 💜 just a quick update—our water pump is malfunctioning again, and unfortunately we will need to reschedule all of today’s appointments, as well as upcoming appointments, until we can find a more permanent solution.

We are so incredibly sorry for the inconvenience and the short notice. We know how frustrating this can be, and please know this is just as stressful on our end. Unfortunately, some of these situations are completely out of our control, and we never want to risk providing anything less than safe, quality care for your pups.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding more than we can say. We will be reaching out to each of you as soon as we have things resolved to get everyone rescheduled as quickly as possible.

Thank you for sticking with us—we can’t wait to be back out pampering your babies soon.
