Dearest Pawsh Family,
It breaks my heart to share that we’ve lost one of our own. The face of our company, our beloved Ollie boy, crossed the rainbow bridge yesterday. My family and I are completely heartbroken.
Ollie wasn’t just a dog—he was family. He was my constant companion, my protector, my shadow, and often, the one I lovingly called “the love of my life.” He brought so much joy, comfort, and unconditional love into our lives. His absence has left a hole that words can’t begin to fill.
To say he’ll be missed doesn’t even cover it. Our home feels different without him, and our hearts are aching.
Thank you to everyone who has loved him alongside us. Please, hug your pets a little tighter today.
I do ask for some grace and understanding this week. Right now, I honestly don’t even know what today—let alone the rest of the week—will look like. Mandy will be working her regular route and schedule today, and we’ll come up with a plan for the rest of the week by the end of the day.
