It is with great sadness we post a loss of a member of our wicked family. Wicked’s Luna formally known as Wednesday passed away this weekend due to a vaccine reaction.

We are posting in hopes to save other dogs.
This weekend Luna received multiple vaccines and an internal flea and tick medication all at once and suffered a fatal seizure within 24 hours of receiving them. Please only give your dogs one vaccine at a time! We are not anti vaccine, we are anti over vaccinating and this is why! We preach not to over vaccinate and not to use internal flea and tick medication for this reason, this is a very real possibility when giving multiple vaccines at once or using an internal flea and tick medication. Please advocate for your dogs and make the extra trips for your yearly vaccines. Save yourself the unfortunate heartbreak our wicked family is feeling right now.

We posted the list of the vaccines and medications Luna was given at the vet. Please use caution when giving any of these vaccines or multiple vaccines and medications at one time.

Both parents are fully health tested, titled, and have shown they can work.
If you have been looking for a protection dog, this will be the breeding to watch out for ! 
Here at Wicked Alapaha Kennel we DO NOT claim our dogs are protection dogs without actually working them! And no we don’t put the sleeve on ourselves to get our dogs to bite! 🥴 We work with professionals and train consistently to prove our dogs workability. The dog in the photos is a Voodoo X Mac pup working in PSA.

We purposefully waited two years after Voodoo and Mac’s fist litter to see how these puppies would mature before we did a repeat breeding. We are absolutely in awe of how these puppies are turning out. We have puppies in family pet homes, service dog homes and a couple personal protection dogs from this past litter.
We wanted to create the ultimate working bulldog and we believe we have achieved that with pairing Voodoo and Mac.
We do already have a few people on our waitlist for this breeding but we are currently still taking a few more as Voodoos last litter was a litter of 10!

You know it’s bad when you go to the pet store to get food for all your dogs and the cashier says “oh…. I don’t want to say that out loud” and the other employee goes “it’s ok, she’s use to it. We just pretend like it’s not happening” when he’s done ringing up all the dog food 😂

Wasabi has found a wonderful home! 🩷
Wasabi is still looking for the perfect 🏡👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
Wasabi is fully crate/potty trained, up to date on all vaccines, microchipped, knows basic obedience and has a beautiful recall! Born on 5/17/22
She would excelle in a sport home. We think she would be awesome at fastcat,weightpull or wall climb.
She loves to learn and is very engaged with her handler!
We held Wasabi back to possibly add to our breeding program, and unfortunately she is on the smaller side of standard which is why we would like to place her in a pet home on a spay contract.
We have had a few people reach out, but we will only be placing Wasabi in the absolute best home possible as we do love her very much! If you’re interested in Wasabi send us a message!

Rumor is so happy to be back to work! She had some time off while she was recovering from being sick, and I was worried she would regress a little with her training.
As usual Rumor proved me wrong and reminded me a set back is not a step back. She is such an incredible girl and we are so proud of her!
