‼️SALES POLICY: MUST READ‼️

1.) DEPOSITS/HOLDING: In order to reserve a bunny(s) I require a 50% NONREFUNDABLE deposit that goes toward the full payment of your bunny(s). FULL payment of the bunny(s) is due BEFORE it can leave or it can be transported. All sales are FINAL. All deposits are NONREFUNDABLE and NONTRANSFERABLE, unless bun dies while in MY care! I also have the right to cancel any sale at any time for any reason, in particular for well being of the bunny(s).

2.) PRICING: Please do not ask me to sell my rabbits for a lower price than what they are marked at. I don't buy cheap stock for my Rabbitry and breeding program. Because of this my bunnies will be priced accordingly at time of sale. My prices range anywhere from $100-250. Price based on overall quality, bone and body structure, coloring, markings, bloodlines, etc. Some rabbits available as PET ONLY and will be priced as such they will NOT include a pedigree and are not to be used for breeding under any circumstances. This is to insure the safety and well being of the rabbits as well as ensuring that only animals that are suitable to breed are bred.

3.) GUARANTEES: There are NO health guarantees after the sale(s) of the bunny(s) takes place and they leave my personal care. If I feel that you are NOT a good candidate and responsible pet owner I have the right to refuse to sell to you. It is your job as an owner to do your research before inquiring and/or buying. It is also your responsibility to provide ALL proper equipment to care for the bunny(s). A sample of their food will be provided with the purchase of your bunny to help them transition onto the feed that you choose to use. I do NOT guarantee temperaments or attitudes either, as like anything else bunnies also have their own personalities. I try to make sure all the parents have excellent temperaments, however it doesn't mean their offspring will be the same.

4.) From birth until the day they are ready to leave, I monitor, inspect and observe each and every bunny, every day, to the best of my knowledge, and like stated previously once that bunny leaves my care, I am NOT responsible for any possible future health issues, accidents or vet bills. It is your responsibility to check over the bunny(s) yourself before fully buying.

5.) TRANSPORTATION AND FEES: I am willing to meet for deliver but additional fees may be added depending on the distance. Bunny(s) must be paid in full before buyer possession. I will ONLY allow ground transportation. I do work with transporters that stop close to me. If this is the option you choose you will have to set everything up with that transporter. Should the bunny pass away during transportation no refunds will be given, but you will be given the option of choosing another bunny if available. Transportation can be tricky with rabbits and as such by transporting it is an inherent risk that they could become overly stressed and pass away.

6.) PICTURES AND UPDATES: Once you have placed your deposit I will do my best to provide updated photos of your bunny(s) as often as I am able too.

7.) PAYMENTS: I accept cash, PayPal and Venmo.

8.) AGE WHEN RABBITS ARE AVAILABLE: I will NOT sell any of my bunnies under 6-8 weeks of age. If I feel that the bunny(s) is not ready to go to its new home by its scheduled leaving date I will hold on to it until I'm comfortable with letting it leave. NO additional charge fees will take place. If for some reason a freak accident happens where the bunny gets sick or dies before the scheduled leaving date, your deposit will be refunded OR you have the option to use that deposit for another bunny.

9.) RETURNING BUNNY: If in the future you come to find yourself unable to care for the bunny(s) for whatever reason, I will take back the bunny(s) and help rehome it but there will be NO REFUNDS.

10.) DETERMINING GENDER: I can vow to do my absolute best to determine the s*x of my rabbits. HOWEVER at young ages it can be difficult to be 100% sure all the time and as such I check the gender of my rabbits repeatedly as they grow older to try my best to ensure their genders. In the rare case that I get the gender of your rabbit incorrect you can choose another rabbit that is the gender you were looking for.

11.) AGREEMENT/SIGNING: By PLACING A DEPOSIT you are agreeing to the terms of sale listed above. If you would like a copy of the bill of sale I am more than happy to print a copy for your records.
