Location:- Delhi/NCR
Jhumki is a 2 months old Female Indie baby.
Her one paw was almost crushed by a rushing vehicle but the vet saved it from amputation and now she is able to walk just like any normal dog. We are giving her adoption a try, in case she doesnt find a forever home within 12-14 days, I will have to drop her back to the place from where I picked her up. That place is near a railway track and all her siblings are dead already in train accidents. I know its very difficult to get an Indian puppy adopted but I am going to try her luck.

You people have helped us in getting Thor transported from Gorakhpur to Lucknow and we were able to save the kid on time. His first surgery went well and he has started eating a little. One more surgery has to be done and the total expenses are coming out to be Rs.16000/- which includes post operation care as well. If you will look at the pictures below, you will be able to see that his entire lower jaw is gone and only bones can be seen.

Day-3 of Jhumki’s treatment

Those who still dont know her, Jhumki was rescued 3 days back. Her paw was completely crushed by a rushing vehicle.
Her blood reports yesterday showed that her HB isn’t good and infection is really high. She wasnt in condition of amputation and also we are trying to save her paw as living on streets as a disabled dog will be very difficult.

We took this picture last year in May , during heavy rains, we rescued 3 puppies. They were stranded in an enclosure and shivering in cold. We called fire brigade and brought them out. Out of these three, one was Coco.
Coco is almost 9months old now and still looking for a forever home. However the other two got adopted. 🙂 . . .
