Hi all, sorry I’ve not posted any doggie photos for a few weeks. This has been a very hard week for us and loosing a fur baby young is heartbreaking but thankyou to all my customers who have accommodated me moving appointments etc.
I also would like you all to message me with appointment dates you would like for the year, a groomer local to me is moving away in August and I’ll be taking on a lot of her customers so of course I want to get you lot in before booking the new clients in. Just drop me a message or we can sort dates on your next groom.

Hi all, sorry if I’m not answering calls and messages. My dog has been very poorly for a few days and we unexpectedly had to put her to sleep today. I’m heartbroken and just coming to terms with it. Please bear with me. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Xx

Hi all, I’m getting quite a few no shows or same day cancellations. This is my only income and it is impossible to fill same day appointments so if you need to cancel/rearrange please give me notice. Sorry to have to enforce the terms and conditions but I am a sole trader and need my income to live!!

Here are my terms and conditions for this situation….

Cancellations and No Shows
We appreciate that sometimes you may need to rearrange your dog’s appointment. if this is done with more than 48 hours’ notice there will be no charge.
Any failure to show or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice (except in extreme circumstances) will result in the full fee been payable, and no further appointments been booked until the account is settled.

A big shout out to these 2 beauties I groomed today. George (black lab) is a medical alert dog and Dusty (golden retriever) is a guide dog. Both had a wonderful time today and look beautiful. George absolutely loves his grooms and I don’t stop laughing at his playful antics in the van. Dusty was good boy too. Love them ❤️❤️
