Mission Accomplished!! It has been three years since I started keeping Leopard and finally I have all three Sunglow Albinos, this is my personal Leopard Gecko equivalent of finding all the Dragonballs. Now to further refine the lines for CT and Intensity. 😁

Ever since I got into Leopard Geckos I have always dreamed of a dark Leopard Gecko fast forward four years later and Its finally in my hands. Sometimes dreams eventually do come true and they are worth the wait.

Our Asian Forest Scorpion (Heterometrus longimanus) successfully subdues a Superworm.

Asian Forest Scorpions are a good gateway into invertebrates, provided one takes note of their requirements and provides proper hydration afterall they ain't Desert Scorpions.

Certainly one of the more interesting species of the Short Tail Python complex the Borneo Short Tail/Blood Python (Python breitensteini) while not as colorful as its brongersmai and curtus cousins certainly makes up for it with its funky genetics.

pictured here is a low expression Marble Borneo Short Tail will be using him to pioneer our breeding lines in the near future.

The Labyrinth gene is perhaps one of the most visually interesting of the Burmese pattern genes as it creates complex variations in the individual patterns of individuals.

Im not going to lie but Corn Snakes stole my heart away this year. Now we have five gorgeous looking future breeders in our facility.

Common Boa pair
For selective breeding.
The Common Boa/Central American Boa (Boa constrictor imperator) is the most common subspecies in the hobby and is generally mistakenly associated with the true "Red Tail Boa" Boa constrictor constrictor.

When I saw this pair i just knew I had to sn**ch em up, out of the litter these were only the ones that exhibited the best continuous dorsal stripes. Hoping it would either be a genetic or line bred trait that I can further through careful selection.

Special thanks to their breeder Shechem Samson for allowing me to get this animals for our own personal designs.

Are they dead???

Nope! These Cranwell's Horned Frogs are just in Estivation. Estivation is a biological process where an animal enters a state of dormancy characterized by inactivity and lowered metabolic rate that is entered due to parameters not suiting the affected species.

In Cranwell's Horned Frogs Estivation however is a prerequisite for breeding, hence animals must be Estivated for a few months before the breeding the mating season to ensure success.

Golden Child Reticulated Python showcasing one of their tremendous abilities. I have seen some animals even reach the top of electrical poles and cause power outages this coupled with excellent swimming skills makes them the top colonizers amongst South East Asian Pythons.

It's been almost two years since I started keeping snakes and exotics in general. What started out as a childhood fascination had immolated into a full blown passion for exotic pets. Yin Yang Exotics was an idea I conceived when I noticed I wasn't in it just for the keeping, I wanted to reach out the community and make an impact on husbandry and genetics by utilizing my knowledge in order to breed the perfect pets for people in the future. Yin Yang Exotics aims after all to not just strike the hearts of fellow exotic keepers, but also bring understanding to the misinformed masses as well.
