Video tour of the facilities available for rental at our farm in Southern Pines.

Up to 8 stalls available to rent at our wonderful facility in the heart of Southern Pines. See video for tour of available facilities.
Fantastic facilities for renters to use across our 60-acre property, including:
⭐️Large sand jumping arena
⭐️Sand dressage arena
⭐️Grass dressage arena (20m x 60m) with surrounding grass field for schooling
⭐️Log field
⭐️Grass jumping field
⭐️Sand round pen

Trails around the property as well as access to neighboring areas (i.e. trails around Tremont, Weymouth Woods). 🐎

Stalls available:
🐴Stalls #1-5 in the main barn, all matted
🐴 Stalls #6, 7 in neighboring barn - all matted, walk-in/walk-out stalls with sand paddock with electric fencing. Both have their own tack and feed room separate from the main barn.
🐴 Stalls #8, 9 in neighboring barn - all matted, walk-in/walk-out stalls with sand paddock with electric fencing. Both have their own tack and feed room separate from the main barn.

Stall rentals include:
✅12-hour turnout per horse, individual or shared with renters other horse
✅Use of main barn amenities - incl. bathroom and shower facilities, spare room for use in emergencies
✅Use of all facilities as above

We are a 60 acre horse farm that offers stall rental as well as premium gold star care long term or short term to equines.
We are located in the heart of Southern Pines NC a short distance to the foundation and Weymouth woods. This is an excellently maintained facility with numerous facilities to promote training, rehabing or retirement needs of horses.
Facilities include a large 15 acre log and conditioning field, a round pen, a lunging/flatwork sand arena and an oversized jumping arena with an array of well maintained jumps .
Paddocks are conditioned and maintained regularly to ensure they stay grass filled. The paddocks are manure vacuumed daily and the fencing is wood post and rail and solid.
There are numerous and varied trials within or outside the property lines and it is a multi discipline facility.
Inside or outside stalls attached to sand paddocks available.
Outside trainers welcome as long as they are insured and have competed in an advanced level of competition themselves.
Ideal facility for the equine enthusiast who wants to progress in their disciplines or who wishes their horses to receive the highest level of care possible.
