The largest in our country, the Russian Cynological Federation (RKF) has the following requirements for admission to breeding:

evaluations from RKF Champion trials from two different judges;
age of the bitch - from 18-22 months (depending on the breed) to 8 years at the time of mating;
interval between births not less than 300 days.
