Buddy came to us a few months ago suffering from sleep deprivation. Due to past traumas and discomfort in his body. I personally find it a heartbreaking condition and only came across it recently on some local training. Never dreaming I'd ever come across it. Buddy's new owner has been devoted to him, making him feel safe and getting him bodywork sessions with Helen Gillbert. Added to that he joined our well balanced, caring herd. They have stood by him too willing him to just lay down and sleep π΄ and finally yesterday this happened. I happened to be telling another livery about the session he'd just had with Helen and how close he'd been to lying down. How amazing it would be if he'd just trust his body and lie down and with that he started digging and then laid down π₯³ππ
