Hello and Welcome to Oskana Rabbitry! We are a Saskatchewan bound Rabbitry that focuses mainly on the successful preservation of the Flemish Giant Breed.

All of our rabbits are bred selectively to obtain Breed Standard, temperament, and quality.

This is an overdue post, but due to my crazy life it has had to wait until now!!!

But I am super happy to announce that Oskana Rabbitry has introduced its first litter on the ground on May 23. This litter is the start of my program and I am beyond excited. I cannot thank Danielle at Hunters Acres enough for this opportunity.

Sassy is taking care of 5 extremely spunky babies. She is not overly protective which helps me get a good look at them daily for evaluation 🙂 .

Well, they are off! Alex and Sassy are heading to Oskana Rabbitry in Saskatchewan to jump start their Flemish Giant program. Before they left, we also did a separate breeding with Sassy to another buck in hopes of giving MacKenzie an even better foot in the door with genetics. I’m keeping my fingers crossed she took and produces a beautiful litter full of potentials. 💕

I’ve been given some of the best advice from other breeders who I look up to. I have received so much in regards to having them go above and beyond, helping me any way they can and providing me with such wonderful opportunities. I’m happy I could now offer that same opportunity to someone else.

Super excited to announce that we will be getting our foundation pair of Flemish Giants from Hunters Acres!! Alex and Sassy have done wonders for Danielle and her program and I am beyond thankful for this amazing opportunity.

I had gotten my first Flemish Giant as a pet from Danielle and from that moment on, I have fallen in love with the breed. After finding out how saturated the pet rabbit market is with “Flemish Giants” that we’re not at all Flemish giants, I had to do something in order to preserve what a REAL FLEMISH GIANT is supposed to look like. Danielle agreed to take me under her wing and she has taught me so much (two notebooks full!!) and I am extremely thankful for everything she has done for me and now my very own Rabbitry🥺❤️🐰
