if you’re thinking of getting one of these babies… DO IT! Black is the rarest color for a dachshund…. & we had a whole litter of them. I’m still amazed by that. this may be your only time to snag one like this! This is Holly… she is from Chloe’s first litter… see, they grow up to be perfect! just look at those eyes.. she looks just like her momma!! 😍

June 21st is celebrated as World Dachshund Day because it’s the longest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere, & since dachshunds are the longest dog breed in proportion to their size, it stands to reason this day would be dedicated to celebrating them.
