REVIEW ON THE CONTENT OF POWER CUT
Potassium chloride - prevents dehydration, muscle and nerve function, absorption and transfer of nutrients in and
out of individual cell, carbohydrate and protein synthesis.
Cobalt Chloride - Component of B12, if not present deficiency will result (for maximum absorption of Vit.B12)
formation of red blood cells for blood and muscles oxygenation.
Copper Sulfate - formation of haemoglobin which carries oxygen in the blood, enzyme system function.
Manganese - function with blood clotting, metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and protein.

B COMPLEX VITAMINS AND VITAMIN C
1. Thiamine (B1) – Least stored of all vitamins which the body needs a regular daily supply. For energy metabolism, without thiamine there could be no nerve function, tones the muscle and healthy mental attitude
2. Pyridoxine (B6) – Carbohydrates, fats and protein metabolism haemoglobin formation (blood oxygenation)
3. Cobalamines (B12) – same as B6, inter-relation with other vitamins
4. Vitamin C – metabolism of fats and amino acid, sound bones, healthy blood vessel, anti-stress

VITAMIN LIKE SUBSTANCE
1. L-Carnitine (Vitamin Bt) – Energy production, fat metabolism
2. Pangamic Acid (Vitamin B15) – stimulation of creatine synthesis in the muscles and tissues, stimulation of oxygen uptake and adaptation to increase physical activity.
3. Creatine – co-relation with pangamic acid (B15)
4. Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) – immediate source of energy visually stored in the liver
5. Biotin (Vit H) – Metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and protein in which the end result is getting the potential energy of nutrients which is ATP or adenosine Tri-phosphate, the source of power and energy to be released when needed by our game fowl.

Note:
• Liver Extract 55 mcg – Additional source of B Complex Vitamins
• Cyanocobalamine – oil base vitamin b12 – usually of slow release b12
• Hydroxocobalamine – from the word hydroxo or water Vitamin b12. Fast release vitamin b12.

21 DAYS CONDITIONING PROGRAM
PRODUCTS / DOSAGE / USAGE
1. Nutri Smart – from day 1 – 16, one capsule every other day 30 minutes before a.m. feeding day 17 to day 21 (fight day) one capsule daily 30 minutes before a.m feeding
2. Vigor Boost – 5 drops daily from day 1 to day 16 p.m
3. Power Cut – 5 drops daily from day 1 up to day 21 (fight day) a.m / if derby fight of your chicken is scheduled at 6pm upwards, follow up 5 drops orally at least one hour before the estimated fight schedule.
4. Anti-stress capsule/ right after sparring schedule and delousing (paligo)
21 DAYS CONDITIONING EXERCISES, ETC.,
There are different kinds of exercises and exercises will depend on the individual handlers. We have the scratching, flying, running, catch c**k, sampi, table exercises, stretching of legs and many more. As a rule, we must not over work our game fowl and this can be done by careful observation and feel our chickens movement, eyes, f***s, moisture and body muscle build up. Are the muscles too tight and hard, too loose, or just enough and soft. Keen observation and feel of our game fowl are most important things which are taught nor written in any book. It takes a lot of experience and with added knowledge surely performance and winning percentage will improve.

Day 1-5 – scratching gradually increasing from 1-5 minutes daily, other exercise may be performed but observe your game fowl closely. Treat and observe them individually.
Day 6 – slight sparring / 3 buckles
Day 7 – delousing
Day 8-11 – scratching increased to 10 minutes. Other exercises can be increased gradually
Day 12 – sparring increase / 4-5 buckles
Day 13 – delouse/ bacterial flushing (impact)
Day 14-15 – slight exercise only / pailaw/palakad
Day 16 – slight sparring / 3 buckles only for final selection
Day 17 – delouse / paligo
Day 18-20 – keeping / kahig / palakad
Day 21 – fight day

CARBOLOADING

1. Carbohydrates are the source of energy while proteins has minimal energy content. Problem encountered with giving high protein diet during these stage is that our game fowl will tend to look and drink more water. High protein diet needs water to breakdown, making a high moisture body content and heavier weight. Normal 3 pecks of water will weigh an additional 5grams. High protein diet with controlled water intake will result to crop bound.
2. Carboloading must be gradual, starting day 16 up to day 21 (fight day). Just simply add clean yellow corn (crack) increasing on a day to day basis and reducing the high protein pellets on day 18. No more high protein pellets on day 19 to fight day. Other sources of high energy with minimal protein that can be easily digested are egg (whites only), cooked rice, banana, etc., highest source of energy is corn with an 8 – 10% protein. Cooked rice is a good source of energy as well as cooked egg white. Banana is rich in potassium for muscle movement which is much needed during fight day.
3. There are other sources of energy rich food but consider the moisture content of feed source. The reason behind is that we are now controlling and reducing water intake of our game fowl and they must not be dehydrated. Cooked rice, boiled egg whites, bananas, all have water content in them.
4. To cook eggs – boil egg up to 6 minutes only and let it stay on the pan for 15 minutes. See moisture content of the egg, not dry nor soft.10 DAYS PRECONDITIONING PROGRAM
