Meet Milo 🐾
This was his third groom with us. how beautiful does he look! (groom done by Eden)

Unfortunately between his first and second groom, it had been 9 weeks since we last saw him. The wet weather & length of time between grooms led to Milo's fur matting quite a bit. scroll to see the matts.

This can cause the dog a lot of discomfort. Sometimes even leading to bruising. unfortunately for Milo this was the case with his last groom. Luckily we noticed this straight away and cut Milos hair on a much shorter length than his owners initially requested. we used a soothing conditioner in the bath to help with his healing process and managed to end the groom with Milo feeling much more comfortable and he sure left us with an extra spring in his step. we took some extra time after to chat, Educate and reassure his owner to prepare for his future grooms. she liked his groom so much she decided to keep it at the much shorter Length.

Regular brushing between grooms can help to avoid matting. Pop any questions or concerns about matting below - we'd be more than happy to answer them 🐶

This is Flo

Flo had been coming to us from a small puppy and at about 6 months old her owner canceled a couple of grooms as unfortunately Flo was not well at all, taking my extra knowledge I helped her owner and vet figure out what was causing her to be so unwell, fast forward a few months Flo is on a corse of steroids and is able to come back to the studio for a needed pamper, on her first return we did have to shave Flo short and take our time,l. As she has had alot of her young life being tested this can cause trauma so we have helped her realise that being in the studio is fun and feels good, we have also found a style that keeps her and owner happy
