Court is continued again.
Judge and district attorney are not happy.
Lynn's attorney needs 5-6 more witnesses.
They are aware she has more animals.
This is hopefully coming to an end soon.

On 3/15/2023 we will find out if they go to trial on 3/17/2023.
There have been pictures floating around about Lynn buying supplies from auction sites. If you have any information please message the district attorney with vial proof.
Otherwise stay tuned. It's getting closer and closer to getting answers

Checked the court dates and it's still being held on 7/20 at 1:30pm
Plan to arrive slightly earlier. Space is limited inside the actual courtroom so the majority of people will be outside.

No update right now.
The only animals seen on the property are a turkey and a chicken
Start planning for the peaceful protest (it's in the even section.) Posters, flyers, shirts make them now. The more people show up the better.

On June 1st, 2022, the Sutter County District Attorney’s Office filed 19 felony charges against 50-year-old, Lynette Kim Countryman-Dunivan and 51-year-old Chad Damon Dunivan after reviewing the case filed against the two for animal abuse and animal neglect. This is still an active investigation as more information is coming in.
The Sutter County Sheriff’s Office, Sutter Animal Services Authority, and the Sutter County District Attorney’s Office wants to express their appreciation for all the support that the community has provided. The Sutter County Sheriff’s Office and the Sutter Animal Services Authority are asking that citizen email questions, concerns, or offers of assistance to the above email addresses. We also want to advise that while we appreciate the numerous offers to adopt confiscated animals, this is an active criminal investigation and all animals are currently considered evidence. Until the case has been adjudicated, the animals must stay in the case of the Sutter Animal Services Authority or whomever they appoint. We will continue to update the community on this case.
