This lovely lady will be a future breeder. She'll be with Toast next year. 20 grams. She is a patternless dalmatian which means her's and toast's babies will be crazy colors.

Zilla is 4 grams and toast is 28.5 grams as well. Toast will be ready to breed next season.

However great news, Lil scream here is now 4 grams. Was expecting them to reach that later this month but I'm guessing they tricked me. 11 more grams and they'll be ready for their new home.

A long journey ahead but the progress they're making is wonderful. Worried days about them not eating or not gaining weight but they proved me wrong. Both are 2.5 grams and will be 3 months old in October. Feel like yesterday they just hatched. Scream is the little fighter, a miracle baby and I'm happy that an amazing friend of mine will be taking him in when he is ready to meet her. I know they'll be best friends 💗. Zilla is definitely his father's clone. Acts and looks so much like him when he was small. Keep going guys, we got this together

Here is lil Zilla. They are now 2 grams and are growing dots. So many possibilities for their morph. I'm predicting that they are a super tiger dalmatian.

Their colors are coming in very nice. Scream is getting that orange color with a blushing red color to their body. Zilla looks like they're getting spots but still got their stripes. They'll be more colorful as they get older. Zilla is laying in my shirt pocket.

Good job guys, your first worms. Poor scream still needs some help but we'll get there buddy ♥️ not gonna give up. Scream is the runt of course so they're gonna need more boosting than zilla. Had to cut up the one piece Zilla had in their mouth a little bit smaller. Lol they think they're a raptor

4 days until they're a month old. Already trying to hunt bugs and run off. Scream tried to grab a bug but they belly-flop on it instead. Zilla is very curious about them and will walk up to the bugs.

They're at a healthy length and weight of: 1.5 grams and 29 inches.

Everyone is healthy. Babies are going through a second shed and one of them finally pooped. This is great news as they are coming up at 2 weeks old. Their lashes are starting to show more along with their crest. Toast has to be in the photo as always. You can start to see Zilla's color

Crested Gecko Care guide:

Cages can be bio-active or regular. They must be vertical as they love to climb. We recommend a hexagon terrarium such as Thrive Tropical Reptile Cage as one option. Other vertical and tall tanks are also acceptable

For old fashioned, I use these
*Eco earth dirt substrate
*Fake plastic vines and leaves (they won't get moldy)
*Cliff food and water dish, with an additional food/water bowl on the ground for more accessibly
* Humidity hides such as caves and rocks that allows the gecko to enter and exit freely. Great for shedding and egg laying needs
*Uvb lamps for that extra uvb need
*Leaf litter for more hidings spots

Food requirements
DO NOT FEED THEM MEALWORMS AND SUPER WORMS. This will cause intestinal blockage and can lead to death

Pangaea and rasphy gecko diet is the best option for them to eat. It is a powder base and can be mixed with water. They come in various flavors such as banana, apricot, mangos, watermelon and some are even added in with bugs

Bugs can be fed once a week. Bugs include, to name a few.
*Wax worms
*Dubie Roaches
*Crickets
*Black soldier larvae

The tank must be 72-75 degrees during the day
65 degrees during the night.

Humidity must be 60- 70% (or more but must have a drying period) during the day and 90-100% at night. Light misting in the morning and heavy misting at night

They are very skittish so handle them with patience. Do not tug or pull on their tails nor stress them out. Their tails act as an escape route to distract predators so they can run. They don't grow their tails back, it's a one time use. If they're making noises as you touch or hold them, out them back as they are telling you to leave them alone.

They are nocturnal and will be active at night. This include eating and climbing while you're asleep. If this is an issue for you, do not get one or keep it in your bedroom. They sleep during the day and shouldn't be bothered just to be held and played with. They need their sleep to so they can promote healthy digestion like we do.

These guys are very easy to take care of but yet some fail horribly.

Fun facts:

Crested Geckos are also called eyelash geckos due to the little spikes in their eye lids.

Crested geckos were once thought extinct. They were originally discovered in 1866 and then were not seen for many decades, being rediscovered in 1994. This makes them a “Lazarus taxon,” a species that was extinct but no longer is. Crested geckos do not have eyelids.

Toasty! Weighing at 17.5 grams. He is an extreme harlequin morph with a black and cream color. It makes him look like a toasted marshmallow
