The stable had an exciting day out on Sunday bagging a double on our home track! 🏆🏆
Two of our young Class 1 horses have quickly bagged their 2nd win at just 3 starts each.
That also gives the stable 7 winners in our last 9 runners.
Michaela is new to the industry and strapped for the first time on Sunday.
She was able to lead Tulla Park back in a winner and wasn't that a huge thrill!!!.
Jess, Ash and Lucy were the cheer squad on Sunday to also help bring home the winners!
Amy comes in a few times a week and puts one through its paces. She's a regular on Tulla Park and did a great job to steer him to victory on Sunday. This gives her 3 winners in her last 16 rides.
Jordy has been in to jump on a few too now he is based at Canberra and I'm thrilled he has been rewarded for effort also!. His last 3 winners have come from NJB Racing.
It's a business that couldn't be run without good people around you. So here's Thanks to the ones who get their hands dirty every day to make NJB Racing tick 🤜🏾🤛🏾 🙌🏾

Second up over the 1000m he found the Box seat position and was full of running tucked in on the rail. He finished off well on the Heavy 9 making it look like an easy feat.

NJB Racing has a position available for a casual/part time Stablehand at our Goulburn stable.

One of our girls has had to take some time off so we are looking for a dedicated and reliable person with an eye for detail and someone that loves the horses as much us.

Racing experience isn’t essential, but general horse experience is a must.

Applicant must be reliable, possess a good work ethic and have the will to learn amongst a close team.

Applicant will need to be available 4-6 Mornings a week for approx 4 hrs, starting at 6 - 6.30am.
Occasional afternoon, and/ or Sunday work available.

Duties will include-

Mucking out boxes

General stable duties & cleaning

General handling of horses - saddling, rolling, hosing, horses on and off walker etc.
