Good evening all ;)
A new chapter has unfolded. I'm starting up a landscaping business with my mate Josef. With a focus on edible gardens, fruit tree prunning (it's that time!) raised garden beds, clearing, planting, paving, fencing, general garden, and property maintenance. We can cover most jobs. I really believe in healthy organic produce and would love to bring it to your yard. If you're in the Southern Highlands, send me a message, and we can go from there.

It's about time I let you know what happened to me ;). I'm excited to be working alongside the Mussett family in Colo Vale. It's great to work with like-minded people with a focus on regenerative farming and a localised food system. I'm still growing veggies, but I'm also involved in mushrooms, eggs, microgreens, and honey while doing all this completely off grid. We supply local produce through the website, some of the best restaurants here in the Highlands and in Sydney and . There are also farm tours which are quite popular. There are so many animals, not just veggies ;). I'm proud of what we did with Duck Foot Farm, and I do miss it, but I'm enjoying the change , new energy, and learning new skills. I might have to change my instagram name, although I don't know if I'll be posting too often. Thank you again to everyone who was a part of Duck Foot Farm 🙏.

Duck Foot Farm has come to an end. There has been a lot of blood, sweat, and tears along the way, but I'm so grateful for the opportunities and lifelong friends I have made over the years. It's time for a change and a new adventure. I will let you know in the coming weeks what's next. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of Duck Foot Farm. It's been fun ;) 🙏

Come and join us this Sunday from 2pm for a Father's Day treat with a stack of local producers and makers, live music, food, and, of course, the tastiest beer 🍻. We will have a table full of our beautiful fresh organic veggies. See you there ;).

Today's harvest was all about our beautiful fine leaf Endive. This is a great all rounder. It is crunchy and high in vitamins A, C and K. It has a mild bitterness and sweet flavour. This is one of my favourites. It grows all year round and produces large heads with self blanching inner leaves that make great salads. It's a must try!! ;)

We have started a monthly farmers and friends gathering here in the Southern Highlands where we hope to encourage local farmers to get together. We have a huge responsibility as local farmers and we believe sharing stories, experiences, knowledge and just having someone to complain about the weather to 🤣 is very important. This is all very relaxed and informal. We will also have a biannual party for the Winter and Summer solstice. If you are a local farmer and want to be apart of this please get in contact with me. A few of us are meeting at the Sutton Forest pub for lunch this Sunday. It would also be nice for farm owners to host gatherings every now and then. I'm looking forward to meeting more local farmers ;)
