Hello everyone, this week we will be at the Hamery from 8 - 11 on Saturday morning then we will be at Panther Creek Brewery form 12 - 3. I will bring Marvel, Bibb, Buttercrunch, and my Market Day Lettuce. I will also have Spinach and Swiss Chard. Micro greens this week are Brocolli, Radish, Spring mix, and Cabbage. They, of course, will be cut fresh Saturday. We will have our chicken and duck eggs. Remember our Chickens and Duck are fed with and organic fed from a local mill and Free Range everyday. I will also have our normal assortment of Breads. Please come out and see me either at the Hamery or Panther Creek. Have a wonderful weekend.

This week at the Hamery we will have:

Greens - Market Day Lettuce, Mesclun Mix, and Spinach.

Micro Greens - Salad Mix, Cabbage, and Radish.

Bread - old fashioned sourdough, Egg Twist Bread, Italian Focaccia, Banana Bread, and Sally’s Coffee Cake.

We will also offer Chicken Eggs, Luffa’s, Lip Balm, and candles.

We look forward to seeing y’all from 8 - 11.

We are looking for a bank that is people/U.S. friendly. My bKnk has just sent us this letter, which tells me that they will no longer agree to the the terms of our original (three times bout out) agreement. Does anyone in middle Tennessee know of a bank that is people friendly and does a reasonable rate that we can bank with?

Hey everyone. HPA Farms and us will be at the Hamery from 8 - 11 and then we will be at Panther Creek Brewery from noon until 3 on Saturday the 4th. At the Hamery we will have:
Micro Greens - Broccoli, Radish, Cabbage, and Salad Mix cut fresh in the morning.
Greens will be - Salad Mix, Spinach, and Mesclun Mix.
We will have Chicken and Duck eggs.
Breads will be - Old Fashioned Sourdough, Braided Egg Loaf, Italian Focaccia, Buttermilk Biscuits, Banana Bread, and Sally’s Coffee Cake.
We also have Beeswax Candles, Organic Lip Balm, Luffa’s and Bottle Openers.
Anything left over we will bring to Panther Creek.

HPA Farm and us will be at the Hamery from 8 - 11 am Saturday morning. We will be offering lettuce mix, Spnach, Kale, and a Mesclun Mix for greens. I will have select herbs available along with chicken eggs. If you would like Duck Eggs please contact me so I can put you on our list. I will also have Coffee Cake, Italian Focaccia, Old Fasioned Sourdough, Banana Bread, and Biscuits for breads. I will be bringing seconds of our Buttermilk Loaves and Italian Loaves as well. Due to the road conditions and the temps. We will be at the Hamery from 9:30 am until noon tomorrow. Hopefully that give it enough time for the roads to clear a bit more and the temp to get above freezing.

My friends from Fungalicious will have the following mushrooms available at the Hamery on Saturday. King Blue Oyster, Princess Pearl Oyster, Speckled Chestnut Oyster, Pathfinders, and mixed boxes of Phoenix Oyster and Black Pearl Oyster. I will also have fresh herbs such as: Oregano, Marjoram, both flat and curly parsley, Thyme, plus others. I hope to see y’all on Saturday.

On Saturday at the Hamery, I will have multiple types of lettuce, beet greens, Kale, a few bags of spinach, mustard greens, and Radishes. I will also have Fungalicious Mushrooms. Later today I will post the different types of mushrooms that will be available.

We are excited to be invited to be part of the Market at “The Hamery” on Saturday Mornings. Even though we cannot replace the items 4K had, we will have lettuce greens, Spinach, and Kale this Saturday. Please come out and see what we have.

Hey, we are back from Vacation. I am at Farmin in the Hall (South Nashville) until 7 tonight. I am at the Rutherford County Farmers Market tomorrow from 7 till noon, and if that wasn’t enough of me I will be at the Hendersonville Farmers Market located at the Streets of Indian Lake from 8:30 until 1:30.
