We haven’t put the halter on Karma in about a month she gets a little spicy about it. We did get it on right after this Jeff just needed an extra hand. Training is not always pretty in the beginning.

Did you know that opossum carry a parasite that causes a neurological disease in horses called Equine Protozoal Myeloencephalitis (EPM). Even with treatment some horses will not survive. So this lil guy will be relocated.

Update on Ricochet: they said he is doing good. He is still working on ground manners learning to carry the bit and this week they are going to start working on obstacles and jumping some in hope of getting him to move out more.

Karma Rose came back to see what was going on with the plastic. Listen real close and you can hear her kinda whinny and at the end before she runs off she squeaks. 😆 She is so funny.

Today was the first day in 3 years when I pulled in the drive from work that Ricochet was not at the gate waiting for me. I know it’s for the best but I sure hit my heart today. ❤️ Ricochet’s is learning some ground manners.

Update on Ricochet! Terry’s assistant Bella said that he is doing good and has already learned to holler at her in the mornings for feed. 😂 I can’t wait to see how he progresses in Terry’s program.

Ricochet getting off the trailer The Allen Ranch to get broke to ride. His 3rd time going anywhere in the trailer and it was a long trip but he did great. So excited for this next step in our adventure.
