Progress over perfection—that’s our mantra at Train Up Pup.
Your dog doesn’t need to be the “everywhere dog” you see on social media. They need training that supports who they are, not who we wish they were.
Piper, my 5-year-old collie, can handle the hustle of a busy pub, but she’d rather be on the moors or snoozing at home. And that’s okay.
Training isn’t about changing your dog’s personality. It’s about helping them build confidence, learn life skills, and thrive as their authentic selves.
👉 Celebrate the small wins. Set realistic goals.
👉 Respect your dog’s natural preferences.
👉 Remember: progress always matters more than perfection.
