It's a beautiful morning, One of the best I've had in a long time, up early and cooking for my dogs and our rescue pups. Having a special meal this morning is we patiently await our dog food delivery which of course is late. I hope to have more mornings like this throughout the summer. Here's a little snapshot of our special recipe.
-Four cups rice
-15 lb of chicken thighs,
-30 our own farm fresh chicken and duck eggs
-two handfuls of fresh spinach
-4 carats slightly cooked
-bacon grease or coconut oil today it's bacon grease
-a little oregano
-(I like to add cooked sweet potato but I was out)
