Very pleased to have received confirmation of the renewal of my IMDT (Institute of Modern Dog Trainers) membership for another 12 months.

After passing a thorough practical and theoretical assessment process to become an IMDT accredited trainer, each year I have to complete a set number of hours of CPD (continuous professional development) to continue with my membership of the IMDT. This can include things like attending training courses, seminars, workshops and reading texts. This learning also ensures I stay completely up-to-date with modern training techniques.

𝗟𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝘂𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰

I have a few spaces left on the last puppy courses of 2024. The courses run for 6 weeks at the secure dog field, Hoof & Woof in Frimley Green. Spaces sre £95 per dog.

The dates are:

⭐️ Saturday 9th November, 1:30-2:15pm
⭐️ Saturday 30th November, 12:30-1:15pm

Over the course of the six weeks we cover all the basics of puppy training such as recall, walking on a loose lead, stay/wait and dealing with common puppy issues such as jumping up, play biting and toilet training.

The course also includes a week-by-week puppy socialisation guide and some free puppy treats.

Just a quick reminder of the two new classes starting on Saturday 19th October:

12:30-1:15pm - Basic Puppy Training and Socialisation Course, suitable for puppies aged under 6 months.

2:30-3:15pm - Level One/Two Basic Training Course, suitable for older puppies and young dogs.

I have two spaces left on the new Puppy Training & Socialisation course starting on Saturday 19th October, 12:30-1:15pm.

The courses run for 6 weeks and are held outdoors at the beautiful secure dog field Hoof and Woof in Frimley Green.

Over the course of the six weeks we cover the basics of puppy training such as:

🐾 Stay/Wait
🐾 Walking on a loose lead
🐾 Recall
🐾 What good puppy socialisation looks like
🐾 How to deal with common puppy issues such as toilet training, jumping up and biting.

All the training is force-free and run by a fully qualified IMDT dog trainer. Suitable for puppies aged up to 6 months old (must be fully vaccinated).

Also included is a free puppy pack containing puppy treats and a week-by-week guide to socialising your puppy.

Quick reminder, if like me you keep chickens, they now have to be registered with DEFRA.

Previously you only had to register them if you kept more than 50 birds but from the 1st October it applies to any number of birds.

The form only takes a few minutes to fill in 🐔
