So the new babies are Ginger (Snap), Ritter (Sport) and Hydrox (Cookie). We broke our blue-eyed baby streak. 🤷‍♀️ Doesn’t matter though. These three are active, enjoying human contact, and have wonderful coloring/patterns. The boys will be available soon enough.

Everyone showed up to welcome (or watch from a distance) our new addition: Ranger! He’s a 9 month old mixed breed. He has some fear issues but we’re confident he’s going to fit in just fine. He gets along great with our dog Mochi, he loves to snuggle and play fetch, and he thinks goats and alpacas are fascinating. Welcome to the family Ranger!

This is Ace. He’s the only Nigerian Dwarf kid his age and tends to hang out by himself or with his mom. Hopefully as he gains confidence moving around (he’s only 5 days old) he’ll start joining sibling snuggle piles. In the meantime I’ll give him plenty of attention and tell him how cute he is!

They’re dairy goats folks!
Here is some of this mornings milk. A gallon or so will go towards feeding the babes for the day, the other gallon heads to the fridge to join the other 5 gallons. More cheese! More butter! More yogurt! More soap! Just gotta get my rear in gear.
