Dear BlackSmoke family, friends and followers!!
After a long consideration and discussion within the family we have made an extremely difficult decision to stop breeding our gorgeous Maine C**ns.
There are a few reasons for that including change of our family circumstances from next year, but the main reason of all is that our boy LJ (the big daddy) is an extremely loving, sociable boy and absolutely hates being separated from the girls during heat season, at night times, etc and not being allowed to have a free roam of the house + night cuddles in bed due to marking his territory as an active male. He gets separation anxiety and gets very lonely at nights. Neither do we feel comfortable about taking our girls to mate with other male cats and leave them in someone else’s care even if it’s for couple of days.
Therefore we have decided that it will be better for everyone’s sake to keep our beautiful furry babies as pets only and let them live a care free happy family life.
We feel so incredibly lucky with all the families who adopted our sweet babies; and we are forever greatful for your enormous love and warm homes you’ve given them ♥️ please do still keep in touch as we love following their life journey 🥹

BlackSmoke cattery will NEVER ask you to pay money to get on a waiting list.
You will only be asked to put a 20% deposit down for a kitten of your choice to secure him. That is AFTER we speak multiple times, discuss and finalise all the details, you visit us and meet your potential kitten in real life and we meet you.
Be careful guys, it makes us so sad to receive these kind of messages ###
