The MEANING of KP REBATE HORSES. Came from Horses from kill pens (KP) then REBATE comes from. (As a gift we try to donate some of the funds back to the rescuer and into saving more horses and into our program horses). Then of course HORSES because (it's all about horses).... It's NOT🚫 a lot.
