Lovely 3yo ella and her big girl trot🎉 She had her first big girl hack yesterday, at school rush with lots of kiddies and cars ! Scary tractors and hedge cutters and a dog thrown in the mix too. Proper test for her! Will be lovely to look back in a years time to see how much she’s blossomed. Limited space for bookings-message me with any enquiries 😁

Sweet little poppy getting used to a heavier weight and leg contact.
Her owner has done a very good job getting her used to tack and a little rider, just brought me in to boost poppy’s confidence. She’s taken to it very well.
I’m lucky to be so short , any taller and I wouldnt be able to ride such ponies, they’re much different to the usual horses i get to ride. Still just as fun though ! 😁

Such a good boy, I don’t usually say let go of the reins but he really enjoyed going at his own pace, stopping to admire the view and eating some hedgegrow. Superb with vans and cars too. 🌟
He’s such a sweet soul, I had to get a picture of the size of his head against my body. He is massive!!
The lovely surprise having a lunge last week
Really focussing on her thinking and eventually getting that head lower. She is a speedy little pony and as you can see she slows herself down over the poles to think about where her feet are going, which is what we want!!
I use a training aid on most horses, as they get that release once the head is lowered aka a reward for carrying themself. When using training aids you have to remember it doesn’t do the job for you, so i am ensuring she is moving forward and ‘tracking up’ and not losing that momentum in the backend.

He’s a cracking boy once he gets going, could see him excelling on the hunt field and even better… he is for sale !👌

This week I had a new one join my group of regulars…
This is surprise, A young girls pony that could probably go on for hours, nice little turbo pony that we all dream of having 🤩
Hopefully over the next few weeks we will get that head longer and lower to build up that top line, and incorporate some raised poles to get that bum working with as much oomph as the front 😀
Today I had the pleasure of riding this lovely boy, working on getting some contact and bend around the corners.
Waffles is being brought back into work with the aim of getting back to jumping courses 🧇
He’s a sweet young horse who loved popping a fence and got some lovely work from him by the end of the session.
