Mountain Rose Sheepadoodles A Sheepadoodle is a hybrid cross between an Old English Sheepdog and Poodle. The Sheepadoodle is fun, playful and affectionate. Hi! My name is Donna Rose.

I am a mother of 5 children and breeder of Sheepadoodle puppies. We began our story with Maya, who we brought into our family to be a therapy dog for our children. Little did we know that the therapy she would provide would be through her puppies. My whole family puts their hearts into raising these puppies and the results are priceless. 📢 ALL PUPPY PARENTS 📢 As a new puppy parent there are many new responsibilities from training, providing your puppy it’s basic needs, socializing, and more. Raising and training a puppy is so rewarding, but it takes time, patience, clarity and consistency. The time and effort you put into your puppy now will pay off immeasurably in the future. Here are 5 tips to get you started on the right track for training your sweet companion: 🐾 Keep training sessions short and fun - Doing multiple 3-5 minute training sessions throughout the day is much more effective than one long one 🥳 🐾 Calm is good - Have as many calm interactions with your puppy as possible 😌 🐾 Use marker words, such as Good, Yes, Okay, Nope - These words work much like a clicker so the minute your pup does something good, like sit to be greeted say, “Yes!” and reward.
