Here is an 8’x18’ Carolina Coop we recently installed in Atlanta, Georgia.
This coop has some customizations, such as double Dutch doors, and a feed hopper attached to the run.
The coop has board and batten siding and a fully functional cupola. It has three 8-foot roost bars, so we recommend 24 chickens maximum with free ranging.
There is also a concrete footing around the base of the coop. It’s not necessary but in this case it was used to make the ground level.
It also has our poultry water system that is hooked up to gutters. It’s a classic look with it painted white.
High density polyethylene inside the henhouse and 5-gang egg hutch. All our coops have our signature deep litter beds, so no cleaning for at least a year or longer.
