အိမ်မှာ pet လေးရှိခြင်းရဲ့ ရုပ်ပိုင်း စိတ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ အကျိုးကျေးဇူးများ

၁။ စိတ်ဓာတ်ကျခြင်း depression ကိုလျော့စေတယ်
ခွေးလေးတွေဟာ နေ့စဉ် အပြင်ထွက် လမ်းလျှောက်ပေးဖို့လိုပါတယ်။ သူတို့နဲ့အတူ လမ်းလျှောက်ထွက်ရင်း လူလဲ ပျော်ရွှင်လာမယ်။ စိတ်ကျရောဂါ depression ရှိတဲ့လူဆို ခွေးလေးကို အဖော်ပြုရင်း နံနက်ခင်းလမ်းလျှောက်ထွက်ပေးရင် စိတ်ဓာတ်ကျတာတွေကို လျော့ကျ‌စေပါတယ်။ Pet owner တွေက သာမန်ခူတွေထက် ပျမ်းမျှအားဖြင့် 2 နှစ်အသက်ပိုရှည်တယ်ဆိုတာရော သိတယ်မဟုတ်လား။

၂။ မိတ်ဆွေသစ် တိုးစေတယ်
ကိုယ်က pet owner ဆိုရင် ဘာဖြစ်မလဲဆိုတော့ ကိုယ့်လိုဘဲ တခြား pet owner တွေ‌နဲ့ တွေ့ဆုံမယ်။ Facebook ပေါ်က page တွေ group တွေမှာ pet အကြောင်း ပြောဆိုကြမယ်။ သိထားတာတွေ နှီးနှောဖလှယ်ကျမယ်။ မိတ်ဆွေသစ်တွေဖွဲ့ဖို့ အခွင့်အရေးတွေရမယ်။

၃။ အထီးကျန်ဆန်တာကို လျော့စေတယ်
တစ်ကိုယ်ထဲသမားတွေဆိုရင် အိမ်မှာ ခွေးလေးတစ်ကောင်လောက် လိုကို လိုတယ်‌။ ပြီးတော့ introvert တွေဆို ပိုတောင်ရှိသင့်သေးတယ်။

၄။ အသက်ကြီးတဲ့လူတွေအတွက်
အသက်ကြီးလာရင် ဘဝက နဲနဲပျင်းဖို့ကောင်းလာတယ်။ အိမ်က ဖိုးဖိုးဖွားဖွားတွေအတွက် pet လေးတစ်ကောင်လောက်ရှိမှအဆင်ပြေတာ။ ဆေးသိပ္ပံအရ အိမ်မွေး
တိရိစ္ဆာန်ရှိခြင်းက စိတ်ဖိစည်းမှုကိုလျော့စေပြီး မှတ်ဉာဏ်ယိုယွင်းမှုကိုနှေးစေတယ်။

၅။ အော်တစ်စင် Autism ကလေးငယ်များအတွက်
အော်တစ်စင်ရှိတဲ့ ကလေးတွေဆို pet ကလေးတွေရှိခြင်းက သူတို့ရဲ့ နေ့စဥ်လူမှုဘဝမှာလဲ အထောက်အကူပြုတယ်။ သာမန်ကလေးတွေအတွက်ဆိုလဲ ခွေးလေး ကြောင်လေးတွေနဲ့ ဆော့ကစားလို့ရတဲ့အတွက် တစ်နေကုန် ဖုန်းဂိမ်းဆော့ရင်း အချိန်မကုန်တော့ဘူး။
