Taking care of pets is one of the most rewarding things I do, and gives me so much joy. I form a special bond with each one of my fur baby clients. But sometimes it can bring so much sadness, as when we have to say goodbye to our dear friends. Today was such a day. I had to say goodbye to my special girl Cleopatra as she crossed over the rainbow bridge. ( Her own momma couldn’t be there due to illness) I held her close and told her she was a princess as she drew her last breath. She knew she was loved as did her sister Jeddah the month before when she crossed over. I will miss them dearly but they are forever in my heart.
I also take this time to remember a third client who has passed over the bridge, Tia. She was my sweet little elderly angel who was a ray of sunshine!!! I didn’t have long with her but the time I did was full of happiness and joy! RIP my sweet angels- Tia, Jeddah and Cleopatra, you embodied what Pets on Holiday is all about. Fly high, until we meet again. ❤️😘
