***ACTION NEEDED NOW***
Starving broodmare and newborn foal April 25th, 2020
Morristown, Tennessee.
*YOU CAN HELP- PLEASE SEE BOTTOM OF POST*
Owners Richard Seals and Lagenia Moore have been starving& abusing horses for years. They have been reported numerous times by numerous persons since 2015. Nothing has been done. Please view comments for proof of broodmares being bred and foaling in 2019 and 2020, in addition to proof of other starving horses. All of the horses pictured have not been fed properly, as well as their feet having not been done in years. Below is also pictured a carriage horse of whom is severely underweight, in Richard’s own words (pictured below as well) “the picture looks nice, he’s 30 years old and has cancer”. In addition, locals have reported that horses HAVE died. We need to rescue these horses, especially the new mother and her foal, NOW.
So what has been done? We have contacted the local sheriff, mayor, and reported the abuse to the Tennessee Agricultural Crime Unit. We have also reached out to local newsgroups. We have offered to rescue the horses from the owner and offered assistance. The owner denies any wrongdoing and refuses to relinquish ownership of the horses to anyone
