Meet Esme! 💛
This 10-month-old Chi mix is bursting with personality—equal parts spunky and sweet. Formerly “Auntie Esme” to our Twilight pups, it’s finally her turn to shine and find a forever home of her own!

Now settling into her foster home in Clinton County, NY, Esme is slowly coming out of her shell. She craves attention, enjoys human connection, and is already showing her affectionate side.

She got along wonderfully with her sister and the pups she was with, and while she hasn’t met any cats yet, we think she’s open to making more furry friends! Esme is still learning the basics, so she’ll thrive in a home that can offer patience, structure, and love as she builds confidence and blossoms into the companion she’s meant to be.

Throwback: Enter the Peanut Butter!
Peanut Butter needs new TikTok ideas (she just doesn’t spend that much time scrolling since the weather is nice), snuggles, cookies, and a family of her very own!

PB is 5ish, lower energy, enjoys binge watching tv from a lap, medium length trundlesome walks, and belly rubs. She loves to smell flowers, meet children and carry her stick. She enjoys Tiktok and to date her favorite video of herself is “Watch Out For the Big Girl!”

It’s been A DAY… but here’s your late-night, slightly chaotic update:

The 5 dogs we rescued yesterday - Todd, Arlo, Jessica, Baby Girl and Rebecca - are safe and settling in. We're giving them time to decompress and rest after what they've been through—but we’re still in need of foster homes for 2 of them.

These pups include 2 males and 3 females, all heartbreakingly dirty and underweight beneath their fur—except one female, who may be pregnant. We'll be getting her to the vet ASAP to confirm.
There were more males left behind on the property, and we're actively reaching out to Great Pyrenees rescues in the region for help with the remaining adults. While we take in all breeds, breed-specific rescues can sometimes offer better placement for these big floofs.

Creature, the adult husky mix, gave us a heart attack yesterday after making a break for it—but thankfully, a kind-hearted Samaritan found him and has offered to care for him for the next week. He’s finally being spoiled, likely for the first time in his life. 💙

All of these dogs will need the full workup—spay/neuter, rabies, vaccines, deworming, microchips, and more. This was not a rescue we had planned for, but after seeing the horrific conditions they came from… there was simply no way we could walk away.
