Looking for a sweet girl who is the perfect mix of active and chill - look no further than Roxie! We aren't always pitties - Roxie had her doggie DNA test done where we learned she was 37% husky (plus alot of other breeds!). Roxie came to us last year with her pups after living ont he streets of Dallas, Texas. This sweet girl is currently with an upstate NY foster family, is around 4 1/2 years old, spayed, vetted and ready to go. Roxie is an overall happy dog who loves to play, she is good with other dogs and kids, but needs a kitty free home. Peanut Butter is an affectionate, people-loving pittie estimated to be around 5 years old and currently in a foster home in New Jersey. She’s great with kids, though she can be a bit bouncy, so a home with children aged 5+ would be ideal. Peanut Butter has been with us for a little over a year, so we know she loves with all her heart. PB is looking for a home where she can be the Queen of the Castle—meaning no other pets—but she’ll shower her new family with plenty of love and devotion.

This couch-loving pitbull would love to have her own sofa to lounge on. She’s a big fan of toys and long walks. Peanut Butter is a true gem, and we know her perfect family is out there. Please help us find them!

Kelly here. You may remember my tear filled post from last spring. That put my fostering on hold for a bit.

There is always some way to contribute.

Tomorrow morning at 7:00 am, my other half (he’s such a good sport) and I will start a 4 hour drive in a U-Haul truck to secure dog food for dogs in the rescue.

Food costs are about $1,000 a month. We need a break.

We found one that will save us money in the end but still costs.

The truck alone is about $700. We pay per mile. The supplies we will get will help keep us a float. With donations down, it’s really day by day.

I will post the uhaul invoice and supplies tomorrow.

Masarati is a playful girl who has been with us since the new year. With her little shaggy pout, we think she has some Boxer in there, maybe pittie too, we aren't sure but we do know is she is an adorable little brindle babe! Currently in a foster home near Binghamton, NY, she is about 5 months old now and is a perfect little pup. She settles in well, makes friends with everyone she meets, and loves to play. Masarati is already spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped—she is ready to go!
She will continue learning her basics as we wait to find her forever home. Could it be yours?

FOSTER or ADOPTER needed for our boy Tucker.

Tucker came to us last year - as part of the Texas 10, who came from being born on the streets and living in a scrapyard with his siblings and mom. Since then he has grown is a true gentleman—loving, protective, and eager to build his confidence with new experiences. He enjoys the company of his foster siblings and would thrive with another dog, though he’d be just as happy as the only pup in the household. He loves swimming, exploring the outdoors, and experiencing all four seasons—sunshine, fall, rain, and snow! ☀️🍂☔️☃️

Currently he is in a foster home in upstate NY, Tucker is about 65lbs and gets along well with dogs, has had minimal exposure to cats. He prefers a quieter home with no young children. He does best with new people when introduced slowly to give him time to adjust and feel comfortable.

Chrissy is jumping by to say heyyyy, I'm still here and looking for a family!

Originally coming from a GA shelter, she has been spayed and vetted, is great on a leash, housebroken, and does well in the crate. She listens well and is a model student. She loves everyone she meets. While we know she is good with dogs, we are unsure about cats at this time. Chrissy would be great for an active family - she loves to go, play, jump and run!

Chrissy is currently in a GA foster home but NEEDS a new foster or forever home in the N GA Atlanta area, NY, NJ, CT, PA, VT, or ME. Please share her story to help us find her a new family!

Minestrone is about 3 1/2 months old now and doing great with the dog, cat and child in his VT foster home. Originally from our SC rescue partner, Minestrone is a smart little boy - doing well with his potty training and puppy basics, which of course will need to be continued in his forever home.

Minestrone is ready to start looking for a forever family to call his own. Please share to help us find them!

Currently in a foster home in Maine, Rosie is around 3 years old and has been with us almost 1 ½ years waiting for her perfect forever family. She is great with people and can get a little excited, which could get smaller kiddos knocked down, so teens would be best. She is very sweet and playful, and above all, wiggly! Rosie is good with other dogs with proper slow introductions, but no kitties or small animals. She does have some allergies which require special food and medication, which is common with white dogs. She is housebroken, walks well on leash, crate trained and knows all her basics like sit, come, stay, and paw/shake. Rosie even has good house manners and absolutely loves to snuggle

Can we offer you some temporary puppy love??
We need FOSTERS and we need them bad!! Nothing new we can say, same story, just a different day. The shelters are packed and asking daily for help and we can't help. There is no room at the "inn" - the inn being available foster homes. We need help! Being a PMAR foster is so rewarding in more ways than unlimited puppy kisses. You help see a little shy pup open up and start playing with a toy, or learn their basics and start to sit and give paw. Potty training is always fun and then there are the endless snuggles.
PMAR handles the vetting, you supply the food and toys, but we do try to help out with that as well with Amazon wish lists.

French Onion just moved over to a new foster home in PA near Pittsburg last weekend and has settled in like a champ. Originally from our SC rescue partner, she is 3 1/2 months old and good with everything and everyone. She is doing amazing with her potty training and loves to play and snuggles. Once she finds her forever family they will of course need to continue with basic training, including crate training, housebreaking, and manners. But as of now she is pretty fantastic!

There has to be a family looking for a sweet pup to add to their family!! Rockwoll is the last of the bunch that we pulled from ACC last year, after the whole family was abandoned in an apartment.

She is doing well learning her puppy basics and has alot of that young fun energy - she would be great with another dog to play with, or an active family to love. Rockwool is crate trained, good with other dogs, kids and cats.

Like any young pup, she will need to continue to work on her training since she is still learning, to make her the bestest furry family member she can be!

Rockwool is now about 8 months old, spayed, vaccinated, micro-chipped and ready to go. Please hit the arrow to help us find her people!
