About Viola;
Viola Seel, 45 years old, police officer in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
In 2016 I started mantrailing with my own dog. After a while I got the taste for it and training once a week was no longer enough for me. I attended many seminars and continued my education. In 2018 I started offering mantrailing for hobby teams myself. That same year I switched to dog handler with the police. There I was also able to train my guard dog to become a sniffer dog for people, so that together we went on real missions and searched for many missing persons, but also for criminals. In 2024 I ended this wonderful time and decided to pursue a different career in the police.
Through an intensive private training of 6 x 1 week followed by an exam, I have further deepened my knowledge in theory and practice.
Since then, I have been passing on the experiences I have gained and continue to gain, not only to hobby teams, but also to operational teams.
