Yup. I walk some dogs that are reactive to other dogs. You’re taking a big risk if your dog is off leash. Be safe out there.

Those of you who have a reactive or fearful dog, or even one with health issues such as recent surgery, know this all too well.

About me:

I got into dog walking by owning Dobermans, a high maintenance, high energy breed that requires a lot of exercise with an alert handler. I’ve handled dogs of all shapes, sizes and temperaments.

I don’t claim to be a dog trainer but I can almost guarantee if your dog’s leash manners are questionable I can improve them. I do not give harsh corrections, I won’t change your dog’s collar, and I don’t believe in choke chains. That said, I won’t let your dog drag me down the street. I’ll convince him/her that I know where we’re going and we’re working together on getting there. I also won’t drag a stubborn dog that doesn’t want to move, but will encourage his/her participation in something fun. If your your dog is reactive to strange dogs or people I have experience dealing with that. My goal is to help provide the exercise and stimulation every dog needs in a safe, fun, positive way.

I bring water and a portable dog bowl for longer walks when it’s hot, and I bring my own p**p bags and will get rid of them myself.

I’m willing to go in any weather your dog can handle. There’s no fee for canceling if you decide it’s too hot or too cold for your dog on a given day. I don’t provide coats or boots for your dog but I will put them on if you have them and your dog is comfortable with it. If your dog comes back wet or muddy I’ll towel him/her off.

If you’ve got a high energy dog that needs to blow off steam I can help you. If you’ve got an overweight dog that could use more exercise I can help with that too. If your dog is just lonely while you’re at work all day look me up. Don’t feel like walking your dog when it’s too hot, cold or wet? I’ve got it. If an injury or illness is preventing you from walking your dog I can step in.
