Due to unforseen circumstances Pawsitive Petcare is closed with immediate effect.

Please accept my apologies for this being announced with such short notice.

I would like to thank all customers past and present for your support over the years and trusting me to groom your beautiful dogs. I will miss seeing them all.

I can recommend Kaya @ Scruffy to Fluffy grooming based in Elgin if you want to get your dog booked in for a groom.

Wishing you and your dogs all the best and thank you for your understanding on this matter.

📌 Cancellation policy

Unfortunately i am having to put a cancellation policy in place. I always try to be understanding when things come up last minute or you can't make your appointment.

As a small business when we get last minute cancellations, cancellations on the day or no shows it makes it very difficult to fill the space meaning every appointment missed is wages we don’t get. Wages that we rely upon like every other working person to pay our own bills and hence, to be able to keep our business open.

The following charges will be in place -

🐾 Cancellations less than 48 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the groom price

🐾 Cancellations on the day of groom charged at 100% of the groom price

🐾 No shows charged at 100% of the groom price

Just over a year since i have been grooming now aswell. I cant thank you all enough for your support i have loved meeting and working with all your dogs and keeping me as busy as i am 🤗🤩 Never did i think it would take off quite as i have but i am so grateful 🙏 to you all because i love it!

Its been a wee while again 🙈 I am still here😅

And very close to being a year since i have been grooming. It has gone so fast and i have so shocked at how busy you have all kept me, thank you very much🙏 I definitely cant complain the office is bad 🤪.

The run to to Christmas 🎄 is getting pretty full so if you do want your dog in before let me know to avoid disappointment.

I also have a slots next week i have appointments at 11.30am and 1.30pm on Tuesday the 16th and 9am on the 17th.

I have had all different shapes ans sizes this week. Little to large and very gald bear hopped onto the table and in the bath himself 😅 Fergie was in the bath by herself telling me to hurry up 🛁 and a few first timers where we wasnt sure how they would feel about the groom but the took it all in there stride.

🐶Rickson, what a transformation! His first ever groom and what a good boy he was. If he was a human i think he would have had alot of questions.. what are you doing? Why do you need to do that?
