Nea and Jax are two beautiful labradors who have found themselves needing a new home. It is very heartbreaking for their owner and is at no fault of the puppies. They are just 2yrs old, very friendly, love to play. As young labs they need somewhere who has an appropriate yard or space or able to walk them regularly. February has been a crazy month for all local rescues. The phone has not stopped ringing but adoptions have been a little quieter..... we would love to find beautiful homes for our rescues. All male kitties have a reduced adoption of $175 until the end of February just to help them find that perfect place. Don't forget Sparky who's adoption is $100 including all vetwork. As you know there are lots of adult kitties both in care, at local shelters or the pound. They all deserve a wonderful home. Although they may not be tiny and have the cute factor they often have the most beautiful personalities. Sparky is classed as a young adult, he is super sweet, easy going and friendly with other cats. Our goal is to find Sparky a beautiful home before Valentines Day 💝 in order to help him we have reduced his adoption to $150 - all vet work included. 💙

Our local pound does such a wonderful job at socialising and building trust with many of our cats and dogs in care. Many have been surrendered, dumped or abandoned and really need that extra TLC. There are currently some very lovely kitties and dogs at Richmond Valley Council Animal Shelter . If you can't adopt please head over to the their page and help by liking and sharing their information. All rescues help as soon as we can but these animals can also be adopted directly with the same type of adoption package. Thanks RVC animal shelter for all you do 🐾😺🐈‍⬛️🐶🐕

Considering a DOUBLE ADOPTION? There are many reasons why having two kitties can be very positive. If this is something you may be considering please reach out as we are more than happy to have a chat. Absolutely no pressure as we understand this is not for all households/circumstances but there are many positives.

KITTEN SEASON seems to have hit a little later this year. We have had so many calls for help over the last few weeks, with so many cats and kittens needing a forever home. Just like all local rescues we are very full and are doing our very best to help as many as possible. Simple ways you may be able to help:
- help spread the word on the importance of DESEXING.
- if in a position make a small donation to support with vet costs, food, litter etc
- share our rescue page or information
