TONIGHT, Tuesday January 14, 2025 at 8:30pm EST is the pet loss support guided meditation held over Zoom and I'd love to have you join! We are focusing on connecting to out angel-pet's energy to welcome them into this new calendar year with us.
If you are unable to attend the live Zoom session, but still want to do the meditation, just sign up as usual, via the link below as everyone (whether you attend the live or not) receives the meditation recording to their email after we are through.
Everyone's cameras and microphones are off so come as you are without worry, to breathe with others around the world going through the same grief as you.❤️

Every December, instead of charging a set rate for the monthly guided meditation, I do a donation-based ticket; meaning you pay what you're able even if that's $1.
I know the holiday season can feel especially difficult when dealing with pet loss grief and I don't want you to feel alone. As those around us celebrate and rejoice, we can feel left behind in our grief, a space that is cold and dark. You are not alone and there is light and warmth available to you from the angels, your angels.
Join others who are also on their pet loss grief journey, as we breath together and work to find the light from our angels, and allow it to warm the cold chill of grief, through guided meditation.

This event is virtual, being held over Zoom, on Tuesday December 17, 2024 at 8:30pm EST and can be accessed by your internet browser if you do not have the Zoom app. If you cannot attend live at 8:30pm EST, you can still sign up and will receive the meditation recording to your email so you can move through it on your own time, any time you'd like.

The courage it takes, the strength you’ve had to find, just to wake up each day is superhuman. I am so proud of you. I know this pain. I know how hard this is. And I know you cannot see joy out there for you ever again, but I want you to know that in time you will smile more than you cry; you will talk about your angel and feel peace, instead of pain. But for now, don’t worry about that. For now, I want you to recognize that you have accomplished more than you realize. You are brave, courageous, and strong, and I know that you never wanted to have to be any of those things. Keep going. You are supported by angels. You are loved beyond measure by beings that support you from above. And your grief is understood by people all over the world who have experienced this same loss and who are wishing for your peace.🩵

TONIGHT, Tuesday October 22, is the Pet Loss Support Guided Meditation, held virtually over Zoom, and there's still a couple hours left to sign up!
As we move into the last months of the year, time can feel like it's speeding up as the holidays approach, while you are standing still in your grief. This is a time of big emotion, of change, of joy for those around you, while you may feel lost, forgotten, and depressed.
Let's step out of the physical world for a bit and connect with your angel-pet, and your angel team, to ask for support, guidance, comfort and warmth as this season moves forward without them physically by your side. No one wishes for your peace and healing more than your angels and they love to be of service to you, to help you when you need it most.

TOMORROW, TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 17 is our pet loss support guided meditation held over Zoom at 8:30pm EST. This session will be recorded and sent to everyone who is signed up, so if you are unable to attend live tomorrow, but would like the recording to have and use as much as you'd like, be sure to sign up!
This meditation is focused around releasing the memories surrounding your pet's final day(s), as well as the moments after they crossed, when you saw their beautiful body without their soul inside of it.

Your pet's final days are often filled with difficult moments and events that can haunt your mind and be hard to shake, understandably so. Whether you are having trouble getting rid of the image of their physical body laying there without their soul inside, after they've crossed, or struggling with memories and events from the days, hours and minutes leading up to their passing - this meditation is meant to ease those memories, and turn the mind's focus toward more peaceful moments and comforting memories.

TONIGHT is our Guided Meditation for Pet Loss Grief Support, held over Zoom, at 8:30pm EST. Each monthly guided meditation is recorded and sent to everyone who has signed up so if you cannot attend live tonight at 8:30pm, but would still like to do the meditation, you will be able to download the recording to use as much as you need on your grief journey.

There is something so special about coming together with other pet loss grievers from all over the world who understand this pain, as we breathe together in a safe and loving environment.

Meditation is a healthy way to process your grief and learn tools to help you through this journey. Tonight we'll focus on softening the sharp edges of sadness and sorrow using breath work techniques and visualization that you can take away and use outside of the meditation when grief becomes overwhelming.

Tomorrow, Tuesday June 25, is our monthly pet loss guided meditation for grief support, held over Zoom. We begin at 8:30pm EST, and end around 9:15pm EST, but don't worry if you cannot attend the live session tomorrow. Everyone signed up at the link below will receive a video recording of the meditation sent to their email after the live session is finished. You are able to download the meditation to have and use as much as you'd like.

This month our intention is to soften the sorrow and soothe our suffering. So often we focus on pushing our feelings away to get through the day - often, it's necessary and we have no choice; other times we attempt to put on a brave face for others because it's easier that way, because they have tried to cheer us up so much that it often feels best just to force a smile. There's a time and place for everything, and tomorrow is the time and place to simply allow our grief without searching for silver linings, without pushing our feelings aside or justifying or figuring out why they're here.

The more we practice allowing the feelings to come and go in a safe and contained environment, the softer their sharp edges become and the more bearable the waves are when they crash when we are out in the world.

We will end the evening with an exercise to lighten the grief load and stir up some hope.

There is no prior meditation experience necessary, and everyone's microphones and cameras are turned off (except for mine).

I am a 200 hour trained yoga teacher with 10 years of experience teaching yoga and meditation, since 2014, and have been holding monthly pet loss support meditations since 2022. It is an honor to be trusted to lead you through this healing modality.

Not seeing signs from your angel-pet? It’s not that your angel-pet is ignoring you or isn’t sending you signs, or doesn’t love you. It’s that we need to learn how to communicate with our pet in a new way now that they’ve crossed over. We need to strengthen our spiritual connection just as we would our physical muscles - through repetition, in a space where our vibration is raised to meet theirs. This can be done through guided meditation, which is what we focused on this month in our pet loss support meditation (connecting with our angel). The video recording is 45 minutes long with the first half being educational and the second half is the meditation.

Often when our pet crosses over, we find it hard to connect with their spiritual presence.
