Our PERRS christmas miracle...short read version.

We were called to pick up a cat and the mystery started to unfold. She was spayed and tattoed.

It took some time but through our posts and the tattoo information we were able to find the family...
Kitty was missing over 6 months and the family had moved away.

After a few attempts to get her home in the middle of a snowstorm. It happened ...

She is safe with HER family and she is HAPPY to see them. For a 9 year old cat she did well and has a happy reunion.

We feel vlessed to reunite this cat with her family and ut remunds people to keep tattoo info up to date. They do work. . .

Adoption Fees...
Yes we charge an andoption fee
This goes to ENSURE all Our cats get spayed and neutered.
This ensures you get a Healthy cat or kitten
This ensures your cat or kitten has identification
This ensures your cat or kitten is vaccinated

This also goes towards cat food, litter and emergency care

No one gets paid for helping at PERRS... everyone is a volunteer...
Gas. Time. Is all contributions by our volunteers.

We need help fundraising but have had no luck finding volunteers so every penny counts.

Yes we charge an adoption fee but its not greed or paycheques. Every penny goes to the health and well being of the animals we care for.

Donations are appreciated.
Our volunteerswork day and night with the cats and kittens. Often scared and starving.

So please remember that although we charge a fee. It all goes to the health and well being of the animals we are caring for....

Thursday was a BUSY day...
2 mama cats spayed. Rio and Baby.
1 male cat neutered
1 kitten came into care and was vet checked
1 kitten in care had her first set of shots
1 kitten was taken to vet for a cold

We are ever so thankful for your support and help and are STILL looking for volunteers to help raise money so we can keep doing this.

This is willow. ***ADOPTED***
She is in desperate need of a foster home or adoption.
She is spayed Healthy. Sweet and loving but would be best in a home without dogs or too many other cats. Her perfect family would have just her or her and another friendly kitty.

Please contact us if you can help and please share this so we can find her a new home.

There is an over abundance of cats and kittens needing homes. This has lead to shortages in all animal rescue in our kittens and cats finding GOOD homes.
Because there have been so many kittens for free rescues are struggling to pay for healthcare for their cats and find them adoptive homes. No one wants to pay. Even the spca has a half price sale on adoptions due to over crowded facilities..

Here at PERRS we are feeling the pressure and are considering some hard choices.
The biggest is closing down. We have 5 kittens and 2 adult female cats in desperate need of new homes. There has been very little interest and we have these little lives to care for.

We need homes for these sweet babies and 2 adult females.

If you or anyone you know is looking to adopt. Please contact us. We will work with families or seniors to help get these guys adopted.

However where we stand currently we are at capacity on taking on cats or kittens. We can direct you to other rescues but are no longer able to take on anymore.
